There is no duty upon the Messenger except conveying the Message, while Lord Allah is knowing whatever you are disclosing and whatever you are concealing.
The Three-Time-Knower Lord has sent His Message through His 313 Messengers. The last form of His Message is sent down to Messenger Muhammad for the entire mankind till the Last Day as explained in verses 2: 106-107. It is the Three-Time-Knowledge and Speech of the Lord. The duty of the Messenger and believers is to convey Adhikr to the entire world irrespective of nation or religion. Since Lord is the Impartial, the believer or Messenger shouldn’t compel anyone to become a believer. It is already decreed that only one in a thousand becomes a believer who will enter Paradise and the rest 999 will enter Hell as explained in verse 4: 118.
Today knowing all these facts, the believer will not try to form a group. Instead, he should do great Jihad with Adhikr against the hypocrites and Kuffar as explained in verse 9: 73. Only with Adhikr bloodshed, murders, terrorism, theft, rape, immoral trafficking, etc. can be annihilated and the harmony of mankind can be formed. With Adhikr only one can extend the dateline of earth's pole shift and delay the emergence of the Antichrist and the Doomsday as explained in verse 6: 158.
